Hi, My name is Max Heindl, I am from Mount Vernon, Ohio, and this is my diecast collection story. How I got inspired to collect 1:24 scale NASCAR die casts was from a YouTuber named WindVow8820. He shared his die cast collection on the web through several social media platforms. He has well over 400 diecasts now. I got my first 3 1:24's on Christmas day 2013. They were Tony Stewart 2013 Bass Pro Shops, Brad Keselowski 2013 Miller Lite, and Jimmie Johnson 2012 Lowes NASCAR Salutes. Since that day, my collection is now well over 100.
I get my diecasts from several places: S&C Collectibles, Plan B Sales, a sports collectibles store at my nearest mall, and EBay. The rarest car in my collection is a 2013 Jamie Mcmurray Bad Boy Buggies in copper finish. The DIN # is 6 out of 36 made! I got it from a Myrtle Beach flea market for only $25! I am a diehard Tony Stewart fan, by the way.
