My Collection story started when I was just a young kid. I was always begging my mom to buy the latest and coolest Hot Wheels in the checkout line at the grocery store. As many of us, as I grew in age my toys just got bigger and more expensive. My first real die cast wasn't purchased until 2002, the Dale Jr #3 Oreo car. After a bit of research, the EBay hunt was on for all the cars I had missed and found a local dealer to feed my new addiction. Sadly that dealer closed up but he passed me on to a friend of his who was a dealer too. So I'm still with this dealer and he treats me good. I have a standing order with him to order any 1/24th paint schemes that are for JRM or Jr. in the ARC line. My garage shows 317 cars as of typing this, but there will be close to that many that cannot be registered as they are prior to the garage. I also collect Polaris die cast and antique Polaris snowmobiles, dating back to 1959. Thanks to Lionel for all they do for this hobby and I hope everyone enjoys collecting as much as I do.
