It all started in 2002 when I was 14 years old. I used to have many Nascar 1/64 scale cars as a child that I played with. As I grew up I stopped playing with them and didn't collect any. When I saw Jeff Gordon's 2002 DuPont 200th Anniversary I fell in love with it. My mom found the Winner's Circle car at Wal-Mart one day and brought it home for me. That was the first of many. Until i was older and had a job, I did not add many cars over the next couple of years. In 2007 I joined eBay and made my first purchase, a 1997 Winners Circle Jurassic Park Jeff Gordon 1/64 scale diecast.

I am a huge fan of raced version diecast. The more damage, the more confetti, and the more unique the piece the better. My collecting these days consist of 1/64 scale standard schems from drivers that I like (HMS drivers, Keselowski, most Kyle Busch M&Ms cars), paint schemes that I like regardless of the driver, and raced versions for drivers that I follow. Beyond that, I buy all first wins (cup), and depending on the scheme, some 1/24s if there was no 1/64 produced.
